3 Months Post-op—— This patient lost more than 130 lbs. This substantial weight loss resulted in extreme deflation of her abdominal skin and the long-standing obesity resulted in abdominal muscle wall laxity. These issues were unresponsive to ongoing diet, exercise and overall healthy life-style.
