6 Weeks Post-op——This patient was unhappy with prominent fat deposition in his breasts that persisted despite diet and exercise. He was extremely self-conscious regarding the appearance of his breasts. He underwent liposuction of bilateral breasts, providing a more fit, masculine appearance to his chest.
