6 Weeks Post-op—— This patient was bothered by the aged, tired appearance of her upper eyelids and the heavy bags of her lower eyelids. She felt her eyes made her appear tired and much older than her age. She underwent upper and lower blepharoplasty. The resulting improvement of her facial appearance is noted with natural, more youthful eyes.
