3 Months Post-op——This female developed large breasts in late adolescence. With age, her breasts began to progressively sag. She had prolonged back and shoulder pain, limiting her lifestyle and physical activities. She underwent a breast reduction resulting in a more proportional bust size which improved her breast aesthetics and physical comfort.
