6 Weeks Post-op——This patient was displeased with the saggy appearance of her breasts. She desired a more youthful shape and position with a slight reduction in overall bust size. She underwent bilateral breast lift with a minor reduction of volume. This resulted in improved breast shape and symmetry along with breast volume more pleasing to the patient.
