4 Weeks Post-op——This patient was displeased with the saggy, aged appearance of her breasts. She desired a more youthful shape and position with a slight reduction in bust size. She underwent bilateral breast lift with simultaneous minor reduction of volume. This resulted in an improved breast shape and symmetry.
