40 Year Old Female, 4 Weeks Post-op——This patient was displeased with the saggy appearance and volume loss of her breast that developed with aging and childbearing. She desired a more youthful breast appearance as well as a moderate increase in her bust size. She underwent sub-muscular breast augmentation with 400cc silicone implants and a simultaneous breast lift through circumferential areolar incisions. This provided her desired more youthful breast appearance and increased bust size.
