3 Months Post-op—— This patient was unhappy with the droop and progressive volume deflation of her breasts. She desired a more youthful breast appearance with restoration of volume and shape. She underwent sub-muscular breast augmentation with 200cc saline implants and simultaneous breast lift using a vertical (“lollipop lift”), resulting in the desired improvement of the breast aesthetic she was in search of.
