3 Months Post-op—— This patient was unhappy with the progressive volume deflation and droop of her breasts. She desired a fuller breast appearance and enhanced shape. She underwent sub-muscular breast augmentation with 300cc saline implants and simultaneous breast lift through peri-areolar incisions (“Dougnut Lift”), resulting in the desired fullness and appearance she was in search of.
