31 Year Old Female, 6 Weeks Post-op——This patient always wanted larger, fuller breasts. She desired an enhanced bust size while maintaining a natural breast appearance. She underwent sub-muscular breast augmentation with 400cc saline implants through areolar incisions. This provided her the desired breast enhancement of both size and shape.
