20 Year Old Female, 6 Weeks Post-op—— This female was unhappy with the small size and the asymmetry of her breasts. She desired a larger breast with improvement in the symmetry. She underwent sub-muscular breast augmentation through areolar incisions with slightly different saline implant volumes from right to left, averaging 350cc saline in each breast. This resulted in the desired breast enlargement with excellent symmetry.
