3 Months Post-op——This patient complained that her arms were out of proportion to the rest of her body for the majority of her life. Despite never having been significantly overweight, she found it difficult to find well fitted clothing and felt self-conscious wearing sleeveless dresses, gowns or blouses. She underwent liposuction and brachioplasty procedure with incisions well hidden along the back of her arm. She is happier now than she’s ever been and takes pride bearing her arms in sleeveless clothing.
